Certain items, such as oversized items, may require additional charges. Additional charges for shipping, if any, will appear on the ordering page.

Please note that all our products, with a few exceptions, are shipped fully assembled. Your gift will arrive wrapped beautifully & ready to enjoy. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 weeks. Some items, from various companies, may take 3-4 weeks to ship. If you require faster shipping, you may request a rush on your order. Rush orders may incur additional charges. We can ship your gift anywhere in the world. Please email us to discuss the shipping charges for International destinations.

your order. However, due to the personalized nature of our business,

we are unable to accept returns. Please be sure to verify that names

are spelled correctly and that the color(s) and/or design(s) chosen

are correct. Please also verify that the address that the item is to
